Once we have received your dates and preferred apartment we will send our Booking Form confirming all details and giving payment options. Once we receive the completed form we will issue the Invoice giving relevant payment details.
We require a 50% deposit on booking the apartments and the balance is due 4 weeks before arrival. If your arrival is within 4 weeks full payment is required.
There is a Security deposit payable of 20,000 THB which can be paid in cash on arrival, this will be returned to you before departure once the apartment has been checked for damage etc.
We accept payment by Bank transfer to our HSBC USD and GBP accounts in the United Kingdom, our Thai Company Bank Account or by Paypal (5% charge), Paypal also accepts Credit Cards.
Currencies accepted are US Dollars, Thai Baht and Pounds Sterling.
Cancellation Policy - Full refund less admin fee of 2000 THB up to 30 days before arrival, after 30 days no refund. Guests are strongly advised to purchase Travel Insurance on booking.
